Solar Powered Electricity for Businesses.

Our solar power systems have a track record of outperforming industry benchmarks and we deliver on time, on budget, to specification as evidenced by our happy customers.

Our commercial solar division covers solar panel based photovoltaic (PV) power systems installed on the rooftops of businesses, schools and community organisations; from 2 kilowatt arrays to large scale projects.

Anyone with a large roof space could reap the rewards of installing a commercial scale solar power system – you only need minimal free roof space in good condition, unimpeded and unshaded; with preferably a northerly aspect.

Zero capital outlay arrangements are also available under our leasing and Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) programs.  Contact us on +27 11 462 1875, email us at info@affordablesolar.co.za  or complete the contact us form for further details

GRID TIED w/ BATTERY
Grid-Tied systems with Battery Backup. They are a lot like off-grid systems.

For our commercial clients we provide solar powered system that produce enough electricity during the day to power the business and charge batteries that powers night time operations. We also supply solar lighting and equipment specifically tailored to meet the goals and requirements of each commercial application. Our excellent Measurement and Verification team handles making sure that your business is running as efficiently as possible.

GRID TIED w/o BATTERY
Grid-Tied Systems with no battery backup. Similar to off-grid systems but no batteries.

If you're looking for a way to save money on your power bill, increase the value of your home or office, and reduce your carbon footprint without losing the security of the public power grid, then grid tie solar is for you to provide solar energy for homes.

MICROINVERTER
Micro-inverter/ optimiser systems giving you the ability to start small and add on later.

A solar micro-inverter, or simply microinverter, is a device used in photovoltaics that converts direct current (DC) generated by a single solar module to alternating current (AC). The output from several microinverters is combined and often fed to the electrical grid. An optimizer is a device that optimises the output of a solar power panel allowing you to add multiple optimisers and get the most out of your solar system.
